Technical leadership and integration

Owning ambiguous integration surfaces, aligning teams around workable contracts, and keeping systems coherent through pivots.

The integration layer is where product intent, engineering reality, and team communication meet. I am comfortable owning that layer: contracts, schemas, runtime boundaries, client expectations, and the documentation needed to keep the system legible.

This is especially valuable when the product is still changing and the team needs an architecture that can survive the next turn.
