Project

Polonius as a Fool was a school animation project for 11th grade English. The assignment became a small adaptation exercise: take two scenes from Hamlet, choose a reading of the character, and turn that interpretation into a visual sequence.

I framed Polonius through the foolishness already present in the play. Instead of treating him only as exposition or court machinery, the animation leaned into timing, staging, and exaggerated behavior to make his self-importance and comic obliviousness visible.

Result

The final artifact was a short animated video, made for class and preserved as a snapshot of the kind of media projects I was doing in high school before my work became more engineering-heavy.
